  15. I recall visiting an antique clock shop in Kassel, Germany many years ago. I purchased a small 'antique' alarm clock and was very excited about my newly acquired item. As I was packing days later to return home to Canada, I peeled off the small price tag on the alarm clock only to find out that it was Made in China. Although the alarm clock was beautiful and functional, the eclectic feel of it disappeared once I realized that it wasn't German made. Can anyone else relate to this type of experience?
